Service Scope

We will provide backlinks as per the agreed package (Guest Post, Digital PR, SaaS, Niche Edit, Foundation, etc.).

• All backlinks are created manually, using real, high-quality sites that meet the agreed metrics (e.g., DA, DR, TF).
  
• Each link will be placed and verified before delivery.
  
• A detailed report will be provided after all links are live.

   

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made 100% in advance or according to the approved milestone plan before work begins.
  
• Once an invoice is issued, payment must be completed within 3–7 working days.
  
• Late or delayed payments may result in delayed project delivery.

   

Reporting & Delivery

• A complete backlink report will be shared in Excel or Google Sheet format upon completion.
  
• The standard delivery timeline depends on the selected package (typically 7–15 working days).
  
• Delays caused by external publishers or website approvals are beyond our control.

   

Link Guarantee

• All published links will remain live for at least 3–6 months, depending on the publisher’s or website’s policy.
  
• If any link is removed within 30 days of delivery, a free replacement will be provided.

   

Client Responsibility

• The client’s website must comply with legal and ethical standards — no adult, gambling, drug-related, or illegal content is permitted.
  
• The client must provide approved niche, keywords, and anchor text before work begins.
  
• If over-optimized, spammy, or risky anchors are used at the client’s request, Intolink.io will not be held responsible for any search engine penalties.

   

Refund Policy

• Once a link has been successfully placed or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  
• If a project is canceled before work starts, a partial refund (excluding transaction and processing fees) may be provided.
  
• Refund eligibility is solely determined by Intolink’s discretion.

   

Confidentiality

All client data — including website details, keywords, anchor texts, and reports — are treated as strictly confidential.
We will never disclose or share client information with third parties without explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to link placement and reporting only. We are not liable for ranking drops or traffic loss caused by:

• Google algorithm updates
  
• Poor on-page SEO or technical site issues
  
• Content changes made after link placement

The client understands that link building is part of a broader SEO strategy and results may vary.

Acceptance of Terms

By ordering or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
